Ennis's BBQ started around 10 years ago when I bought my first smoker. At this point in my life, I had no idea what I was doing. After practice and a lot of trial and error, I found my true calling and that was barbecue. Over the next 10 years I continued to get better and better. I loved cooking for family and friends at parties and was told that this is my calling and I should seriously think about competing or opening up a food truck. I decided to take the leap into competition BBQ and while we are still new to the competition circuit, our drive and passion for the craft will carry us to the top. But why stop at the competition circuit? As of 2019, we have also decided to offer mobile catering. We want to share our passion of barbecue and hope others enjoy it as much as we do.
